Named for the small, sweet citrus — bright, uncomplicated, honest — Clementina is a restaurant about restraint and depth. Every dish reflects a direct relationship with ingredients and tradition, shaped by Chef/Partner Michele Rocchi's lifetime of cooking in Italy.
